What to Expect
Before Your Visit
After selecting the appropriate New Client appointment you can schedule an appointment online or by contacting me directly. When you contact my business via text or phone call you will be contacting me directly. If I am working with another guest at the time I will contact you, ready to serve you, as soon as I can give you the attention you deserve. I will reserve your appointment at the available time of your choosing and/or happily answer any questions about your upcoming appointment. You will be sent a new client intake form that you can also access on this website. This form allows you to provide me with details that will prepare me for our time together. Don’t hesitate to load it down! I love details, and I will have already explored your information before you arrive.
During Your Visit
You will find me inside Phenix Salon Suites, located between La Playa Maya and Orangetheory on Camp Bowie Blvd. When you enter the building, take the hallway to the left and suite 122 will be on the right. If I am wrapping up with another guest, please feel free to relax on the hallway benches until our workspace is clean, sanitized and ready for you. When your service begins I will be fully prepared for you and will have already started getting to know you through all the information you included in the electronic form. After you are offered a beverage we will sit and have a thorough consultation in which we will collaborate to create a game plan to ensure that your hair reflects what you want it to express. Throughout your appointment I will share information on hair care, maintenance, styling methods, tools, and/or products that I think will empower you to recreate your style at home. During our visit please don't hesitate to rest, read, work, chat, knit, pick my brain about your hair, etc. The time you spend in my salon chair belongs to you, so claim it!
After Your Service
When your service is complete you will know how to recreate and care for your look, what our next plans are with your hair, and what future appointments you need. You will receive a follow up text message about a week after your first visit to see how everything is working for you. If there is anything troubling you with your hair or if you have any questions about anything we discussed please reach out at anytime. I am here for you!
